We’re a building company that’s big on good design. With our own in-house interior designer each project we take on is considered and completely unique to the homeowner. We work collaboratively with you to define and understand your vision and bring those ideas to life.

With 30 years experience in the building industry across our team, we've covered many bases-spanning from new build developments through to Heritage New Zealand listed homesteads.

As Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) You can be assured your home is in knowledgable, trustworthy hands when you choose to work with us.

​We maintain great relationships with an established group of highly trusted sub-trades for all our work. The same goes for our network of contractors should we require a larger scale on-site team. No cowboys allowed.
We take pride in our craft, prioritizing quality over quantity and care greatly about the small details.

Site Visit + Meet and Greet
We meet you on site to have a look at the proposed space and talk through your plans. This is our chance to take some measurements, get to know each other, ask lots of questions and find out if we're the right builders for you.
Should your project require help with design details-let us know at this meeting. We're big believers in capturing your vision as early as possible to ensure a smoother building process with us.

Quoting
We put a quote/estimate together for you. As simple as that sounds-a completed project requires a lot of moving parts so our network of trusted sub-trades are also involved in this process.

Work Begins
Once you accept the quote we lock in our start date and work begins.
